Ralph Lauren Strikes Again! Is "PhotoShop Disaster" Company Policy?

What is wrong inside Ralph Lauren's advertising department? A third ad in which a model's head has been PhotoShopped so that it appears to be as wide as her waist has emerged. This one advertises an online sale. (Click to enlarge -- note that only the women have been changed into bobble-head dolls).
The previous two (below) were ads from Japan and Australia. Taken together, they provide more evidence for my claim yesterday, which is that these are not mistakes by rogue foreign units who aren't closely supervised by the mothership. Rather, Lauren seems to have some sort of policy favoring impossibly thin models (especially when you add in the firing of Filippa Hamilton for being too fat).
