The Aviation Business is Global -- China Buys Rescue Training

(MoneyWatch)  SRT Helicopters announced via a press release that the have signed a contract with the Peoples Republic of China's Ministry of Transport's Rescue & Salvage Bureau. Rotor.com has the actual release. This contract is to assist the Ministry's pilots and crew in learning advanced Search & Rescue techniques. The Chinese have purchased eight Sikorsky S-76C++ aircraft to carry out this mission. SRT Helicopters provides a full spectrum of training for individuals, corporations and government in helicopter operations. They have done such efforts for the U.S. military and government as well as a variety of other countries across the globe. The U.S. government due to export compliance legislation and rules approved of both the sale of the aircraft and of this training.
