First US Company to Get ISO/IEC 2000 Certification is Verizon

(MoneyWatch)  Verizon's Government Network Operations and Security Center earned the ISO/IEC 2000 Certification for IT Service Management. Web Host Industry News has the story. Verizon provides IT and web services to a great deal of the Federal government.
