(MoneyWatch)  Verizon's Government Network Operations and Security Center earned the ISO/IEC 2000 Certification for IT Service Management. Web Host Industry News has the story. The website for this certification is here. It lays out a set of business practices for service delivery. Verizon is the first company in the United States to get this international certification.
