Navigating Cleantech's IP Thicket

By
David Hamilton

Because so much of the technology in cleantech involves multiple scientific and engineering disciplines -- and because it can take a decade or more to generate substantial sales in the highly regulated energy market -- the right patent strategy can be crucial to commercial success.

Over at our technology blog, Erik Sherman discusses these and related cleantech-patent issues with Joseph Teja, co-chair of the cleantech practice at IP law firm Wolf Greenfield. Check it out.
