Laurel Touby Twitters About Zappos
(MoneyWatch) If any company is responsible for making "Twitter" a household word in the corporate world, it would be Zappos. So it's only appropriate that Laurel Touby, founder of MediaBistro.com, chose Twitter to report on Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh's talk to the Association of National Advertisers' "Masters of Marketing" annual conference about "Building a Brand that Matters."
