Food Roundup: Sparks Decaffeinated, Coke Bottler Restructures, Dr Pepper to Use Stevia, and More
(MoneyWatch) MillerCoors Decaffeinates Sparks -- The brewer's caffeine/alcohol blend was the target of consumer groups and state attorneys general. Sparks, a malt beverage, will no longer contain caffeine, taurine, guarana or ginsing. [Source: Wall Street Journal]
Coke Bottler to Restructure -- Coca-Cola Enterprises, the biggest Coke bottler, also boosted its earnings expectations for 2008. The company will trim its number of U.S. business units from six to four. [Source: Business Courier of Cincinnati]
