(CBS News) Sesame Street, the long-time television staple for children and parents everywhere, has some exciting news today: they've been keeping count of their video views online and have hit - drum roll, please - 1 billion! And who better to pay tribute to this incredible number, than Count von Count with a little number of his own above. Go ahead and click play to check it out.
The celebration of the wonderful children's program (that has your blogger here personally feeling very nostalgic) was posted by Sesame Street who write:
Thank you for viewing our Sesame Street videos over ONE BILLION times and helping us become the first nonprofit organization to reach this milestone! Count Von Count is very excited about this achievement, so he put together this song for YOU. Help continue our mission of educating children around the world and subscribe to our YouTube Channel.Oh, Sesame Street, how do we love thee? Let us count the ways... actually, that's probably better left to the Count. But we can count to three with a big triple-rainbow salute of television excellence and congratulations going out to Sesame Street from all of us here at The Feed!
