Cheerleader makes incredible half-court basketball trick shot

(CBS News) With the work day coming to a close and the weekend approaching fast, I'd say it's about time to celebrate. And I would say that the idea of celebrating right now is a total "slam dunk", if it weren't for the fact that our video above is more of a "three-pointer". You won't believe this one...

The incredible, half-court trick shot was posted by YouTube user Nathan Epstein who writes:

Ashlee Arnau, a cheerleader at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS, provided the highlight of the night with an incredible, acrobatic, half-court shot.....and oh yeah, she MADE IT!

I just want to say that Ashlee has skills I could never in my wildest dreams hope to match. I mean, seriously, that shot was simply incredible! And special thanks goes out to Nathan from us here at The Feed for sharing this caught-on-tape, once-in-a-lifetime shot for us and the world to see.

Great shot. Considering that the shot was the whole point of this video, I would think that the idiot with the camera would have focused on the ball on the floor, the cheerleader's hands as she placed them on the floor for, grabbing the ball, and movement toward the basket.
