Bizarre video of a man riding a cart in the middle of traffic
(CBS News) So chances are that most of you have been stuck in traffic at some point in your life. Talk about a frustrating situation. Sometimes it's due to an accident. Other times it's because of construction. And while there are a multitude of possible causes to it, I have a feeling that none of you have ever seen something like the above video. The big reveal happens at about 21 seconds into the clip.
I mean... what the... why is he doing... how is this... I mean, seriously, right? That is just totally insane! Am I the only one who's jaw dropped when the big reveal happened? The bizarre video with absolutely no context was posted by YouTube user MrNewsRu and allegedly comes out of Russia.
