A wondrous orchestral medley of iconic ringtones
(CBS News) In case you didn't know - and it's not like it's a big deal or anything - I happen to own a cellphone. What's that you say? You do, too? That's crazy! We're so alike. And since great minds think alike, you probably already know that every brand of cellphone and carrier tends to have a unique ringtone associated with the brand... Keep that in mind while you watch the video above.
Amazing! And a very sweet easter egg at the end for the curious... The creative take on tones entitled "NYC Phoneharmonic" (a rather cute and relevant title) was done by one of The Feed's favorites, cdza, who write about this symphony of cellphone sounds:
Opus No. 5 - NYC Phoneharmonic
A wondrous orchestral medley of the iconic ringtones belonging to cell phone companies.
We've previously featured cdza for a fun and unique take on a Jay-Z & Kanye West hit song, musical history lessons in whistling, nonsensical lyrics and a musical play on Facebook. Once again, they have managed to impress us and earn themselves another triple-rainbow salute of excellence from us here at The Feed.
