Edible helium balloons make for a truly classy dessert
(CBS) - I'm sure most of you are dubious about the headline and thinking this video will be some tongue-in-cheek silliness. Spoiler: It's not. Check out what I predict is soon-to-be the latest craze in fine dining desserts.
The edible helium balloons are done by Alinea Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois, and even the strings are made from dehydrated apple.
I don't know about you, but I've got a major sweet tooth and have been looking for something "light" (ba-dum-bump)... but, seriously, I'm dying to try one of these after watching!
