(CBS) - It's Friday and that definitely calls for some music to celebrate. First to kick off our weekend early is a summary of most of the major pop hits of the 90's played on a rather unusual musical device. Look, listen and learn.

Okay, so what exactly do you call that device? I know it's a keyboard of some sort, but the exact name of it... anyone? Let me know in the comments if you actually happen to know. Either way, the fun trip down memory lane was created by YouTube user BennyTheJukebox, who has a few more fun music videos you can check out by clicking here.

UPDATE: Helpful commenter zhfc has informed us that the device is called a "melodica" - thank you so much for the help!

Man, we used to play these things when we were in elementary school. It was probably the first isntrument most of us ever played.

Song people that have used the "hooter."

The Hooters (obviously)

Augustus Pablo (some refer to it as the reggae bagpipes)

Remember "Love Vigilantes" by New Order?

Anyway, just a few I could think of right off hand.

the 90's was one of the worse decades for Music the 50's had Elvis, the 60's had The Beatles, the 70's had the Bee Gee's, the 80's had Michale Jackson. The 90's had nothing but terrible music from the music companies and its been that way for a long time.

I ignored a lot of music in the 90's. I've only heard of a couple of these.
