Entire CBS Sports crew Tebowing

(CBS) - Tim Tebow. Love him or hate him, you can't deny that he's created some great memes. He's also a pretty good football player apparently. But this post isn't about Tebow as a man, it's about Tebow as a meme. Specifically: Tebowing. More Specifically: the entire crew of the CBS postgame show Tebowing after the Denver Broncos' incredible overtime victory.

Yes this actually happened. The entire postgame analysis was roughly 40 seconds long. Then again, the sight of James Brown, Dan Marino, Coach Bill Cowher, Shannon Sharpe, and Boomer Esiason all Tebowing in unison is probably all that needs to be said, except for this: watching legendary quarterback Dan Marino go Tebow is easily one of the greatest things we've seen in a long time.

As for CBS: You guys are freaking amazing and know how to impress the majority of people who watch TV- which also happens to be the majority of people who regularly use internet- by relating to our interests.* This, my good people, is fantastic reporting: Not simply to follow a teleprompter but to know who your audience is and to have fun with your audience. 2happy2ride... do you even watch football?

Side point: How many completely mature people can you think of that have referenced the famous ~knowledge~ that to find happiness in life you need a job that you love. Its inspiring when I see people have fun at their job, while still doing it right. Not many people can balance this but this crew has done it perfectly. Don't be so offended and touchy over a hand gesture, children, or you will not make it through life.

You amused me, at least. Keep up the great job James, Dan, Boomer, Bill, and Shannon! ^_^

Get out of here with these comments. It was funny what they did. They probably made a bet that if Tebow pulled another one out, they agreed to "honor" the kid by tebowing.

You freaking people are too sensitive. You don't own Christianity and you don't own the interpretation of God.

I saw, and thought it was funny.

I have a suggestion for you all next Sunday skip the football game, go to church, fall on your knees in public and beg God for forgiveness! I'm sure friends and family that are in church with you will respect you so much more for doing the right thing instead of mocking our Lord in front of millions.

So if you have children good luck with explaining what you have done. I will not watch another football game on CBS as I can turn to another game with no shame but... Can you turn you back on God so easily with no shame.

I found it so disturbing when CBS signed off the telecast with the unfortunate mock of Mr. Tebow (and the Lord) after such an uplifting finish to a truly amazing football game. For Tebow to perform the way he did speaks volumes about the character of the man. The same must be said about the five "gentlemen" on the CBS sports post game. Instead of the usual praise filled questioning from a sideline reporter or the like, CBS obviously avoided the post game interview. As would be the case with any other QB that just won a game in dramatic fashion, the crew at CBS thought it would be better to mock Tebow's faith! DISGRACEFUL.; Reply to this comment

Grown, professional men acting, in concert, like imbecilic teens.
