Kim Kardashian to Fan: Don't Have Cosmetic Surgery To Get My Fanny

(CBS) Kim Kardashian may be famous for her fanny, but she doesn't think fans should go under the knife in order to get a similar look.
When a woman tweeted recently that she was planning to have cosmetic surgery in order to look like the outspoken E! reality star, Kardashian urged her to reconsider.
"I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her," said the tweet.
"NO," replied Kardashian. "Pls don't. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside and out! Just as u are.
"Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are."
Kardashian admits she has had Botox, but claims the rest of her looks are all natural.
