Kate Gosselin Plastic Surgery? Yes, But Not Where You Think

(CBS) Did Kate Gosselin have plastic surgery?
Yes, no and maybe.
The "Jon & Kate Plus 8" centerpiece and "Dancing with the Stars" veteran let it all hang out when she guest hosted "The View" last week.
Co-host Whoopi Goldberg made sure to address the rampant tabloid rumors that Gosselin had significant work done to change her appearance from reality mom to hot momma.
"Girls, c'mon, I do it every week. Don't we all?" Kate joked sarcastically.
Then more seriously, she added, "Botox? Absolutely not! Boobs, no. Tummy tuck, yes, we all know that."
We all know it now.

- what do you mean "We all know it now" ?? Her tummy tuck was televised (or at least talked about and referred to in one of the first seasons or second seasons of the Jon & Kate show. It's been talked about extensively since their divorced was announced (remember....jon's first girlfriend was the daughter of the surgeon who performed her tummy tuck?)
