(CBS) It's not easy getting your kids to eat the healthiest things. But in our "Eye on Parenting" webshow this week, we take a look at the childhood obesity epidemic from the parent's perspective. We called in Frances Largeman-Roth, senior food and nutrition editor at Health magazine, who discussed why children are gaining weight more than ever, and what parents can do to get children to trade their processed snacks for whole, healthier foods.

Also: Author Daphne Oz talks about how students, fresh out of the nest, can prevent the "freshman fifteen."
