NEW YORK (CBS) New moms know that diet and exercise can be hard to incorporate in a life full of new commitments and little sleep. But research shows that not losing excess pregnancy weight can cause women to be overweight or obese, even 20 years after giving birth.
For today's "Health and Wellness," celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson shares how she lost the 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy and "kicked Gwyneth Paltrow's butt" back into shape after baby number two. Then, nutritionist Elisa Zied gives practical tips on how to deal with cravings (hers was kielbasa) and eat healthy during and after pregnancy.
