Gigi Jordan, Socialite Who Allegedly Killed Son, Thought Devil Cult Was Abusing Him, Say Cops

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Gigi Jordan, a 49-year-old socialite, who police say murdered her 8-year-old son and attempted to take her own life in a posh New York hotel, wrote a series of disturbing letters claiming her son was sexually abused by a devil worshipping cult, according to a Wyoming detective who investigated the case.

On Friday, Jordan's young boy, Jude Michael Mirra, was found dead from a drug overdose at the Peninsula Hotel in New York. Jordan was slumped on the floor nearby. She has since been charged with his death.

But Jordan's disturbing tale stretches back at least two years, according to Tom Hood, a Cheyenne, Wyo., detective who met with Jordan after she wrote letters to Flint Waters, a now-retired sex crimes investigator who passed the case to Hood.

Hood told CBS News' Crimesider that the letters claimed her autistic son was being violently and sexually abused by a cult. But the investigator said "it was apparent she was mentally ill" and her statements were outlandish.

When he asked her if she had ever seen the cult or seen her son being assaulted, he said she vaguely answered, "It was happening and people were following her and him."

Jordan told the detective her son would type on his computer to communicate the abuse to her since his autism affected his speech. Hood said the boy, six at the time, did not have the motor skills to type. When questioned, Jordan told Hood that she put her hands on top of her son's to help him type.

Police examined the boy and found no signs of abuse, but he was taken into temporary protective custody anyway. Jordan was given a psychiatric evaluation and a court eventually reunited her with her child.

Jordan's past paranoid delusions seem to echo a suicide note that the New York Post said was found in the hotel after her son's slaying. In the rambling 20-page message, Jordan explained that she thought the mob was after her, the paper reported.

The boy's father, Emil Valentino Tzekov, said he was in a "state of shock" about the incident. "This is something I never thought could happen," he told the Post.

They all cover up for each other and it looks like some global pervert pedophile ring front. What other reason would they ?reunite? this psychotic, abusive, and violent single mother with her child after separating them years ago when she first threatened to kill him and then herself? Weren?t the warning signs already there? We read about exorcism's and of the miracles performed by Jesus in His days 2000 years ago. It is chronicled in many places throughout the Bible, and stories and movies depict demon possessions throughout history. Many have scoffed and others believe there are cultures who call on the spirits in many of their rituals.

Who is to say she was wrong, or the boy was wrong? If this young man alluded to these strange happenings for real or not will be subject for the courts, the psychologists and even expert witnesses (clergy). It is sad that one life is taken and one is ruined because of events out of their control.
