NEW YORK (CBS) The San Francisco Chronicle calls it the "Walmart of weed."

iGrow, a 15,000-square-foot warehouse near the Oakland Airport, is scheduled to open Thursday. It is a one-stop shop for medicinal marijuana, the paper reports.

The store has a doctor on site to help customers obtain a cannabis card and sells all the necessary equipment for indoor, hydroponic cultivation - from pumps, nutrients and tubing to lights and fans, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

It is believed to be the largest medicinal marijuana dispenser in California.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Should medicinal marijuana stores be outlawed or do you hope a "Walmart of weed" opens near you?

It Should be legal. It is the most harmless of all. Drunk Drivers kill people and have no control. It destroys families and it is a man made product. It is a chemical created by man. Prohibition didn't help alcohol and neither does the war on Marijuana. America spends millions, if not billions on the attempt to stop pot usage and growing of a god given natural plant.
America can benefit from it Financially and The Gangs would lose their grip. Lets face it people. The reason for the drug wars and gangs is prohibition, and as long as it is prohibited you will see it be a reason for guns war and death.. Why spend billions of dollars on prohibition when there are million and millions of people using pot and are successful business owners using it,tax payers using it and leading productive lives. The ignorance astounds me
Why is it okay to drink your self to death? and Not okay to smoke a few joins? I have never in my life heard of a case of someone wmoking them selves to death. But why Alcohol? Heh

Prohibition creates large stakes of smuggling.. Legalization crushes it. You do the math

People that smoke pot have killed people too. This is a chemical that causes many unwanted side effect. It also causes cancer. Bad idea to legalize this drug.

@mimi5952: Yes you are right. Also, people that have not smoked weed and have not drank alcohol have killed people too. If you think that legalizing weed would lead to more murders then you are ignorant. That is all I have to say.

How brainwashed this nation has become, to support dangerous synthetic medicines, designed to manipulate the body's natural function or to trick the brain into sending out unnatural signals to the body. Then condemn a natural GOD given plant that's properties work very well with the human body in many different areas. The stereotype on cannibis has been a lie. If you choose synthetic, fine or synthetic and natural, even better or just natural, which many prefer. Quit being so hypocritical and let people choose what works for them.
