Paula Sladewski: Miami Police Need Help With Murdered Playboy Model's Case

"This was obviously a very brutal, sadistic murder," Lt. Neal Cuevas of the North Miami Police Department said earlier this month.
Now the officer says that police do not have any new leads and have not received any additional tips, according to Fox News.
"There's a person or persons out there who could very well commit another murder," Cuevas said.

Sladewski's burning body was discovered in a Miami dumpster Jan. 3. Her body was so badly burned it took another two days and dental records to identify her. Police do not believe she was burned alive.
Surveillance video from a trendy Miami nightclub shows Sladewski leaving Club Space at 7:21 a.m. on the day she was killed, according to police.
Sladewski's boyfriend, Kevin Klym, 34, had been kicked out of the club 20 minutes earlier after a shouting argument with Sladewski, according to a missing persons report.
The pair had been partying in Miami since a New Year's Eve Lady GaGa concert.

Police have called Klym, 34, a "person of interest."
An ex-boyfriend claimed the former nude model had been sending him text messages that Klym was "trying to kill" her during the time the two were dating.
But Klym says he went straight to his hotel to sleep after he was kicked out of the club. He frantically searched for Sladewski when he woke, he says.
Police confirmed parts of his alibi and the location of the body, in a commercial lot almost 10 miles from the club, suggest that the killer knew the area and had transportation.
Klym, from Michigan, did not have a rental car, according to Sladewski's sister, Kelly Farris.
Cuevas does not expect Klym to be a person of interest for much longer, according to Fox.
The medical examiner's office was unable to determine the exact cause of death because Sladewski's body was so severely burned. They are still waiting for a toxicology report.
Police are looking for a "black male" who eyewitnesses say walked away from the club with Sladewski as she left, Cuevas told Fox. They are hoping to make a composite sketch of the man.
Sladewski appeared in a 2003 Playboy talent search video. Recently, she worked as an exotic dancer to make money. Klym listed his occupation as a laborer on the missing person report.
