SANTAQUIN, Utah (CBS/AP) A Utah mug shot is probably not the picture former child actor Gary Coleman will be sending his agent to get new work.

A booking photo provided by the Utah County jail shows a tired and creepy looking Coleman, after the one time "Diff'rent Strokes" star was arrested in Utah Sunday.

The Salt Lake Tribune reported that Coleman, 41, was arrested after police received reports of a "civil disturbance" at his home and he was jailed on "suspicion of domestic assault."

But according to a press statement by Santaquin police, Coleman was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court in a previous case.

The actor was arrested in Utah in 2008 after a man claimed Coleman tried to run him over in a parking lot when he tried to take a picture with Coleman.

The case was reportedly settled out of court.

Easy way to defend against Gary. Just put your hand against his head and hold back. He won't be able to reach you

So, does every news organization have a dedicated staff member that scans arrest reports from every Police agency in the Country or what?? Aren't there more important things for the public to know about, such as how many taxpayer Dollars are being wasted by the Government?

Gary Coleman has lost his way. He is trying to do the same things he was doing when he was a "movie star". Maybe he needs to do something else. There comes a time when every "movie star" whether a man or a woman, is not longer desirable because of age mostly. Some child stars are still acting some are not. He needs to find another career. I feel sorry for him. He is angry and depressed because he feels like a loser. But he doesn't have to be a "loser", he can change his life for the better if he ventures in another direction. I am praying for him and others like him who are down on their luck.
