Andy Dick Arrested for Crotch Grabbing at Funny Bone; Insert Joke Here

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (CBS/AP) Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested once again! He is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse for allegedly grabbing a bouncer's crotch and groping a male patron.

Dick was arraigned Saturday afternoon in Cabell County Magistrate Court.

Court documents claim he was at a bar in Huntington, about an hour west of Charleston, when he allegedly grabbed a bouncer's crotch and kissed and groped a male patron early in the morning. His bail is set at $60,000.

"Andy is stunned by these allegations and we are strongly denying any criminal conduct," Dick's attorney, Jeff Rubenstein, said in a statement.

On his Twitter page, Dick said "there are two sides to every story. please reserve judgement (sic) until you hear mine. thank you."

Magistrate Patty Verbage Spence set a Feb. 2 hearing for Dick, 44, who was in town to perform at the Funny Bone Comedy Club. Funny Bone managing partner Tom Schaefer posted Dick's bail and said Dick is "absolutely still on schedule for Saturday and Sunday."

The funny man is currently on probation for sexual battery after an incident
in 2008 when he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old's shirt and bra.

My arrest pretty much trashed my life but we all keep going. The reason HIS rehabs don't work? Because it takes work, that is it. DAILY decisions to live normally. No celebrity rehabs for us proles. grrrr

Get the facts correct, look at the police blotter.

There is nothing funny about this story. What message is cbs trying to convey with its "insert joke here" renmark? This is a homosexual advance against a heterosexual and should be punished as a felony. He's lucky the bouncer didn't kill him. I would have!

incidents that involve him. His self destruction depends upon doing
anything and everything to get himself on tv or print.
All media should have a total "blackout" on this guy. It is the only way
he will stop. That and banning him from performing in public venues.
He is on a course that may end up in suicide if his behavior continues
