DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. There's nothing worse than a scorned lover with a sex tape who's not afraid to use it.

That's what one Bethune-Cookman University freshman says she learned the hard way when she tried to break up with Kevinn Dwyne McNair.

The 18-year-old freshman, who is not being identified because of the sexual nature of the charges, met McNair, a 22-year-old upper-classman, during orientation.

They dated for a while, but when the girl tried to break it off, McNair allegedly retaliated by threatening to upload a tape of her giving him oral sex to Facebook "for 5 million people to see" unless she paid him $100 a day, according to CBS Orlando affiliate WKMG.

But it might be McNair who winds up paying. According to WKMG, the girl went to the police and they set up a sting operation.

The girl told McNair to meet her on campus to exchange the video for $500. When McNair showed up he was greeted by Daytona Beach police who quickly arrested and charged him with felony extortion.

McNair posted $5,000 bail and was released Jan. 12.

Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Wonder what McNair's major is/was.
