Passenger on flight to Denver accused of exposing himself, watching porn
CBS
(CBS) DENVER, Co.- Daniel Drinan of Reno was arrested on Saturday night at Denver International Airport after being accused of committing lewd acts on an airplane, reports CBS Las Vegas.
The 63-year-old Nevada man is facing federal charges after passengers complained that he had unbuttoned his pants while watching pornography. Prosecutors allege that his penis was exposed underneath his laptop on the Southwest Flight 1998 en route from Blatimore-Washington International Airport to Denver when a flight attendant asked him to stop.
He was arrested once the flight landed.
Drinan apologized, according to the criminal complaint, and said that he made the decision to touch himself because the lights were out, no one was next to him and he was tired.
If convicted, Drinan could face up to 90 days in jail, in addition to a $250,000 fine.
