No bed of roses: A Valentine's delivery is causing more trouble for a Wisconsin man already accused of assaulting his wife

(CBS/AP) SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - Sending flowers to your beloved on Valentine's Day seems like a smart move - that is, unless you're Zackary Zelo, a guy from Sheboygan who police say tried to strangle his wife before sending her the bouquet.

Now, his trouble is only growing worse.

Prosecutors say the flowers violate bail conditions for Zelko, who was ordered to have no contact with his estranged wife. She contacted the county's victim-witness coordinator after receiving the flowers at her workplace Monday. An accompanying card did not include a name (guess who?).

A criminal complaint says investigators went to the store where the flowers were ordered and talked with a clerk who remembered Zelko because he gave specific instructions not to include his name because of that "no contact" order.

So now in addition to charges of battery, strangulation and false imprisonment, Zelko is accused of bail jumping.

Happy belated Valentine's Day, Mr. Zelko!
