CEO John Castle breaks waiter's finger over check, says report

(CBS) - An angry CEO dining at a posh Palm Beach restaurant allegedly broke his waiter's finger for bringing the check too early, reports ABC News.

According to a Palm Beach Police Department report, Paul Kucik, a 57-year-old waiter at Club Colette, says that John Castle became upset with him when he brought the bill to his table. Kucik says Castle grabbed his hand and bent and twisted his fingers.

Kucik, who claims Castle's wife had asked for the check, reportedly went to a clinic the next morning for an X-ray and found that his ring finger was fractured.

John Castle is CEO of Castle Harlan, a private equity firm.

ABC reports that according to the police report, "Kucik stated that he attempted to hand Mr. Castle the bill and Mr. Castle became irate with him and yelled, 'You schmuck, why did you bring the bill to the table?'"

Kucik has not pressed charges.

These pathetic sycophants worship at the altar of the wealthy, and consider any action that, in any way, holds them to any standard to be an offense to a free society (ie: free for the 1%).

To recommend Mr. Kucik taking the case to court and suggesting, even if tangentially, that Kucik's case is fraudulent if he doesn't, are displaying a dangerous trust in, and lack of recognition of the depth of corruption associated with, the "court" system.
Begin with Mr. Castle being able to assemble an army of advocates able to obtain a slew of "experts" to protect his "case". Experts", for example, such as the inevitable type who would wilingly assert that a steel spike in someone's leg is a "pre-existing condition". As well as the suspiciously self exculpatingly titled "Independent Medical Examination", paid for by the defense, which with dutifully issue the "opinion" that, "Millions of people live with everything from fractures to arthritic growths. Since Mr. Kucik didn't have a medical examination ne day before the incident, we can weasel through and convince the dullards we'll arrange to be on the jury into thinking the fracture might have existed before the incident and so can't be proved to be caused by Mr. Castle. And, if they don't comply, we'll have the judge say that he is dissatisfied with what he perceives as the depth of the jury's analysis and so disqualify their ruling!"
And, if other connivery doesn't work out as they wish, they can always instruct their pet judge to recommend that "Recompense cannot be punitive. You are not charged to assign penalties based on violations of assault and battery laws. That is a capital case, not a civil suit. You must provide to Mr. Kucik only the equivalent of the amount of wages he lost due to his finger. And, since the IME 'proved' that many work successfully even with fractures, that means that Mr. Kucik did not lose any time from work and so deserves nothing."
And bear in mind Castle's ability to mount a counter suit for "defamation". Since he will set it up after Kucik's case is sabotaged by the criminals in the criminal courts, he will have "evidence" that Kucik's claim was invalid, and so will have him found guilty before the judge even bangs the gavel.
Incidentally, New World Order shills will ask why Castle would pay so much for attorneys raher than pay Kucik's claim. In fact, Castle will arrange representation simply by promising "favors" to the attorneys in the future, such as beinging them in to handle Castle's firm's business, on the customers' dime!
