Missing Maine toddler Ayla Reynolds

(CBS/AP) WATERVILLE, Maine. - A search is underway in Waterville, Maine for a 20-month old toddler that has gone missing from her bedroom in her father's home, police say.

CBS Boston reports police and firefighters have been investigating since Saturday morning when Justin DiPietro, the father of toddler Ayla Reynolds, called police to report his daughter was not in her bed and could not be located.

The little girl's mother, Trista Reynolds, filed paperwork seeking sole custody of the toddler a day before the girl went missing. She said she wants answers from "the last man to see my daughter."

Trista Reynolds told ABC's "Good Morning America" that she and Ayla's father did not get along, and that she hadn't told him she had filed the court paperwork on Thursday.

"I've had no contact with him; he's had no contact with me. All I know is he's the last man to see my daughter, and all I want to know where she is," she said Monday.

Ayla, who is blonde, blue-eyed, and 2-feet-9 inches tall, was last seen Friday night wearing green one-piece pajamas with polka dots and the words "Daddy's Princess" on them.

She also had a soft cast on her left arm.

Police spoke with Ayla's father, mother, and other family members about the disappearance and say all parties were cooperative.

Police Chief Joseph Massey said all possibilities were being investigated, including abduction. "Everything is open. Everything is on the table," he said.

"We need more than just us. We need the help of the general public," Massey said. "I suspect that somebody out there may know where the little girl is. ... We'd like to get her back home," he said.

Does anyone have an answer for me? Have you read these reports? Michael Waxman's E-Mail: "...take a coke bottle, ram it up Mila's vagina in order to break her hymen... Seriously. I think she is capable of that."

Is the Great State of Maine still subject to Wealth and Power from Boston by way of Waxman/Finard and the "substantial" family fortune he vowed to use to take my, then, two year old daughter?

I thought we elected a Governor with courage (some in Maine call it balls) who was an abused child himself and promised zero tolerance for child abuse in Maine but even Governor LePage has been silenced by a mega-rich, abusive lawyer from Boston whose family, it seems, owns a large chunk of Maine?

by MamaofMila December 20, 2011 9:29 PM EST: I am asking for a Federal Criminal Investigation into Michael Waxman's entire course conduct for the past three years, and everyone he has involved, on my daughter Mila's case.

I am asking for a Federal Grand Jury Investigation into the past three years of abuse, including sexually abuse, of Mila by Igor Malenko, her father, and Michael Waxman's protection he was able to gain from former AG Janet Mills, current District Court Judge Moskowitz, Dan Despard, Head of Maine Child Protection and Dean Crocker President of Maine Children's Alliance.

The protection was not for Mila, an innocent, two year old US citizen, but for her father, Igor Malenko, a criminal alien, and his ongoing abuse of Mila.

I also request the Federal Grand Jury investigate Maine Supreme Court Judge Donald Alexander's protection of Michael Waxman by issuing a decision not remotely based on the solid evidence the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar brought in 13 counts of Bar violations against Michael Waxman.

I want my daughter back. Mila deserves, at the very least, to have her US Constitutional Rights protected and enforced. She needs her mother. I need my daughter. Americans need the rule of law that made this country great to be enforced.
