NEW YORK (CBS/AP) As Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock fights a custody battle to keep the daughter of her husband, Jesse James, and his ex-wife, former porn star Janine Lindemulder, the skin queen went on national television to tell Bullock she's hurt and wants to talk.

"What would give her the right to take away my daughter?" Lindemulder asked Good Morning America Tuesday. Bullock and James have had custody of the girl since Lindemulder went to jail for tax evasion.

She has since gotten out and wants her daughter Sunny back, but Bullock and James have filed court papers accusing Lindemulder of hanging out with a dangerous crowd that could put the 5-year-old in jeopardy.
In a statement to the court, James said, "Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."

"I am the best mother I can be," Lindemulder told Good Morning America. "I absolutely have made horrific choices in the past."
Federal prosecutors on August 22, 2008 said Lindemulder failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service. As part of her plea agreement, Lindemulder admitted making a down payment on a $647,000 house in Eugene, Calif. and purchasing a new Jeep and recreational vehicle while knowing she owed the taxes.

She served six months behind bars and was recently released.
Now, the porn star would like to sit down face-to-face with Bullock as "two women" to discuss the situation.
"It hurts tremendously. The accusations, especially from Sandra, hurt even more so because we have never sat down and talked," Lindemulder said. "That's the one thing that I wish more than anything, a remedy for what's happening here, is just communication."
Lindemulder even invited Bullock over for dinner. "Sandy doesn't know what goes on in my house, Lindemulder said."I would love for her to please come over. I'll make dinner. Let's sit down."
No word from Bullock or James if they will be making that dinner date any time soon.
