LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) Hey Carrie Prejean, "Give us your boob money back!"

That seems to be what California pageant organizers are saying to dethroned beauty queen Carrie Prejean, who went under the knife within the last year to boost her "assets."

The anti-gay marriage advocate still owes organizer "K2 Productions" $5,200, it's alleged in the group's new lawsuit, for the breast implants that helped make her the stuff of guy's fantasies.

Prejean requested the surgery, according to the suit, "to be more competitive" at the 2009 Miss USA pageant, and agreed to repay the loan that "K2 Productions" fronted.

"She attempts to cast herself as a virtuous young woman and the victim in a supposed conspiracy against her," the complaint states.

"Had she heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle," the suit states.

"We are saddened by the necessity to file a counterclaim today against Carrie Prejean," pageant co-director Keith Lewis said in a statement Monday.

"We are continuing to prepare for our upcoming telecast of the Miss California USA pageant on November 22, but the integrity of the Miss California USA organization and the values it represents requires us to respond and present the truth. Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organization."

The damsel in distress was booted from the telecast in June of this year for "contract violations" and missing several scheduled appearances.

Her attorney, Chuck LiMandri, said that wasn't true.

Prejean says that she was stripped of her Miss California crown for opposing gay marriage.

She sued for libel, slander and religious discrimination, accusing pageant organizers of telling her to stop mentioning God even before her controversial remarks against same-sex marriage.

Rest of the article:

Prejean?s attorney, Charles LiMandri, has called the countersuit ?just the latest installment in K2 Production?s ongoing smear campaign against Carrie Prejean.?

?They have proven, once again, that they will use whatever scurrilous accusations they can dredge up ? or invent ? to try and tarnish Carrie?s reputation and her good name,? LiMandri expressed in a statement.

?It is both appalling and pathetic to see K2 and their friends in Hollywood try to destroy this young woman simply for standing up for her beliefs,? he added.

Next month, Prejean is expected to come out with a tell-all book that will reveal ?her side of the story.?

The book, tentatively titled ?Still Standing,? will be released by conservative publisher Regnery Publishing.

Carrie, your best days are behind you, and its nobody's fault but your own! Instead of taking the homophobic advice of the sexless slob, Maggie Gallagher, you should finish your education. Everything you say is truly stupid, and your looks will only carry you for another couple of years. You're not that good looking!

You have to have some measurable level of intelligence to be educated. She doesn't even have that. Her best bet is to marry. NOW. Because her looks will fade, and all that will be left is a head filled with hot air.
