Balloon Boy Dad Richard Heene Asks if Hillary Clinton is a "Shape-Shifting" Reptilian on YouTube

NEW YORK (CBS) In perhaps the most bizarre "Real or fake" YouTube video created by Richard Heene, the father of the balloon boy asks if Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in fact, a "shape-shifter."

Heene, sitting on his couch with his dog, says that because Clinton looks "reptilian" in some of her television appearances, he is suspicious that she might not be human, and might in fact be changing into various forms.

In the video entitled, "Shape shifting Hilary [sic] Clinton Reptilian," which has since been taken down, he says that Clinton has strange movements in her face, which to him looks like "CGI" animation.

Heene then takes his dog's head, puts it in front of his face and asks viewers if perhaps his dog could be a "shape-shifter," and says that maybe his dog's face could morph into his own.

The father of three then concludes that it's probably not possible, but nonetheless asks his audience, "fake or real?"

Heene is under investigation for falsely reporting that his son, Falcon, age 6, was in a UFO-shaped helium balloon that had become untethered from his backyard. Heene's seemingly desperate 911 call led to a wild televised chase of the experimental balloon and his son, who, it was believed, might have fallen to his death.

But his son was found safe and later, during a CNN interview, seemed to admit that the whole incident was staged for a television show.

Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden said he expected to recommend charges of conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, making a false report to authorities and attempting to influence a public servant. Federal charges were also possible.

The most serious charges are felonies and carry a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a $500,000 fine. Alderden said they would be seeking restitution for the rescue costs, though he didn't have an estimate.

EPISODE 2: REVENGE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT

Now seeking shelter in the mountains of Colorado the Heene Family under command from
Lord Limbaugh sent balloon droid robots to explore the new frontier only to be caught by
the local and National Media. Where they found themselves tracked down by Sheriff
Alderden to be held responsible for their actions by the long arm of the law.
They waited for the law to decide their final sentence next week while the Bounty Hunter
Boba Big Guy waited in the wings to see if they attempted to escape.......

And noticed how he kept hamming it up by kissing little Falcoln on the top of his head, while holding back (dry tears mind you)! As if to say: I'm just so glad to have him back.... boo hoo, boo hoo!
