"I Swastika Obama" Carved on Golf Course

LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WBZ) Someone carved the letter "I" then a swastika and the word "Obama" on the 18th hole at the Lakeville Country Club.

It was discovered early Monday morning by greens keepers.

The Secret Service confirms it is working closely with Lakeville police on the case.

"It's just so insulting to the human race and it just shouldn't be part of our doings by anybody. I just can't understand it. It's unforgivable," course owner Gary Mosca told WBZ.

Mosca says he's going to have to call in turf experts to repair the damage.

He doesn't expect it to be completely fixed until next spring.

All forms of the swastika have been around for several thousand years and has appeared in virtually every culture, not just Native Americans. It means good luck and well being and is a sign of anything auspicious.; Reply to this comment

Obama just got "branded" as a noble peace prize winner for less than 6 months work (when voting closed). He is a "Symbol" of Peace according to Nobel panel. Many times when symbols of "hate" or violence are found - (i.e. noose on a dorm room door, swastika spray painted on a congressman's office sign, smashed windows at a DNC office) the perpetrator turns out to be someone from the left or a minority group trying those that they hate (i.e. republicans, whites, etc.) look bad. Even the so called ?racist? picture of Obama looking like the Joker was made by one of his supporters. I will not be surprised when the person(s) who did this turn out to be from the political left ? of course I doubt anyone who is currently blaming the right for this will have the integrity to apologize when that turns out to be the case.

People need to stop yelling "hate crime", the secret service needs to go home, and lakeville P.D needs to get off their lazy @sses and ask the all of 5 or 6 people it will take to figure out who did it. Seriously. Half the town probably already knows. Word travels fast in freeville-laketown. Especially when hilarity of this nature and proportion ensues.

This is way above and beyond what is necessary by any stretch of the imagination on any plane of reality. The stupidity of Lakeville, MA has now spread to Washington DC (or arguably, vice versa). Spend the money on something else.... something that doesnt involve chasing down what will inevitably end up being some retarded @ss kids that probably go to or graduated from Apponequet.

Obama needs to stop playing f*cking scooby-doo and go run the G.D country. Feeding into it is only going to ensure that it keeps happening. Let The Enterprise run a two line blurb about it to sell a couple more papers, and then leave it alone.

BTW, Lakeville.... your shenanigans are severely missed from 2000 miles away. You've definitely shown the world how epicly the government and the Lakeville PD can FAIL.
