Yale Student Annie Le's Alleged Killer, Raymond Clark III, Due Back in Court

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (CBS/AP) Former Yale University lab technician Raymond Clark III, charged with strangling graduate student Annie Le and stuffing her body behind a laboratory wall, is due back in court for a probable cause hearing Tuesday.

Clark, 24, is scheduled to return to New Haven Superior Court for a hearing in which both sides will have the right to introduce evidence and call witnesses. Defendants accused of murder have the right to the hearing within 60 days of their arrest to decide if the case will go forward.

Clark's attorney, Joseph Lopez, has said his client will plead not guilty after a decision on whether to waive his right to the hearing.

A judge will also consider whether to extend an order sealing the arrest affidavit.
