Casey Anthony ordered back to Orlando for probation on check charge

(CBS/WKMG) ORLANDO, Fla. - Photos published by gossip site TMZ purport to show Casey Anthony out and about in Columbus, Ohio. The photos would be the first of Anthony since she walked out of the Orange County Jail on July 17.

TMZ has published several photos of a woman resembling Anthony wearing an Ohio State University hat outside a Columbus store. The website said the photos were taken Sunday afternoon while Anthony was walking around Columbus, Ohio, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

Although Anthony has family in Ohio, it is not known if she has seen any of her relatives.

Anthony's whereabouts have been unknown since her release and rumors have placed her all over the world.

Meanwhile, Judge Stan Strickland has ordered Anthony back to Orange County by Wednesday to serve one year probation for a check fraud conviction from January 2010. But Anthony's attorneys have challenged that order and requested an emergency hearing on legal grounds. They also have cited safety concerns if Anthony were to return to Central Florida.

On July 5, a jury acquitted Anthony of charges that she murdered her daughter, Caylee. She served the additional brief time to complete a four-year sentence for four misdemeanor convictions of lying to police.

Caylee's remains were found in December 2008 after the toddler was reported missing in July 2008.

A men, angry Dan. What the heck to we have a criminal justice system for if we are going to harass the people who are found NOT GUILTY. And of course the jurors are going to say that they thought she was guilty blah blah blah.. because the media was watching/recording their every move/word that came out of their mouths. That was the only logical thing to say as a juror on this case... if they didn't want to be harassed by some individual who was manipulated by the media.
Of course they could convict her if they thought she did it. Normally in murder cases when the jurors are instructed on how to judge their verdict they are instructed to go by what the evidence shows them. Even circumstantial evidence holds some ground there. If they truly thought she did it they could have convicted her and if it was unconstitutional it would have been thrown out in the appellate courts. HELLO? It didn't get that far ColsOhioLAW.... with a name like that I would think you would have some type of intellect on the subject.
As far as the evidence they did have goes...
~Even if a dog sniffed out her trunk, it didn't mean it was human remains... Dogs can't tell the difference between human and animal. It's not possible that she missed and left a grocery bag in her trunk too long? Come on... I've done that before.
~So because there was duct tape on the child's body that had to mean Casey did it, right? Even amazing Dr. G. couldn't even tell why Caylee died. so how do you point your finger at Casey for that?
~If you read the letters found in the evidence during the trial they claimed that Caylee was supposed to be staying with the nanny and she didn't even know right away that her daughter was even missing.

And as for Casey partying... After Caylee's death Casey was found partying. Have you ever lost anyone so close to you that the only thing that makes you feel better was to get out of the house and drink until you couldn't see? I'm not saying that's what she should have done but the girl just lost her daughter. Getting drunk to me, is a natural response. Who's to say later she wasn't balling her eyes out, drunk on her bathroom floor like my friends mother was when he died in a car accident? People can look collected in public but fall apart behind closed doors. But people don't think about that now do they...

by OYP26 August 16, 2011 3:55 PM EDT: So tell me this - who else ever physically cared for Caylee? Now that we know all the people Casey claimed cared for her were imaginary.. That leads me to believe that Casey is the only one who cared for her daughter - and she had plenty of time since we also know she was lying about being employed. Caylee is dead now, because her mother was either negligent, careless or murdered her...I'm not sure which one, but either way I know that Caylee's death can be attributed to Casey. PERIOD. BOTTOM LINE. END OF STORY. I know that and so does everybody else with the ability to reason and think logically.

After reading these comment we still can't see what is wrong in America. America is now and has always been lead by self righteous idiots. The concept of inocent until provide guilty simply escapes them. The idea that the world should operate by what they believe is their only point of view. Legalized murder, maiming, rape and the denial of individual rights has been this country's history. Slavery, the Black code, Jim Crow laws and anythingelse they can think of can be justified by these people. This woman has been tried and found not guilty. To continue to pursue her from place to place as she tries to rebuild her life is the epitimy of hypocracy. The news media is guilty of stalking, yet somehow thats not a crome for them. The public was not a whitness to the crime but they seem to know she is guilty. Give the credie to the press, who tried and convicted her outside of the process. There are enough people in jail now who may be inocent and are being releaed daily. That is not being reported on in the light of truth. They want everyone to be responsible but the perverted system in which we live. A government that has alied itself with large corporations and uses terror and fear tactics to achive their ends, this we don't talk about. Casey Anthony is the preses way of distractions. While we chase Casey the government, which is already out of control play with your every day life. You jackasses need to focus. This country has bigger problems to solve. The perverted system that this government operates under from day to day should be our concern. The extortion of this government through an illegal tax system and laws that violate our constitutional rights should be our focus. Homelessness and poverty is growing, yet we depend on representatives whose plan is to protect there partners the rich, and perpetuate a failing system in oreder to continue their pay off seem to escape us. Bail outs and debt increases should be opening some of you heathens eyes, but alast this must be your plan. Nothingelse makes sense. America is suppose to be a great country that promotes oppurtunity for all, yet it doesn't. We need to work on that. Which means looking at what we are doing and what we have done, and make the necessary changes to fulfill that great promise. Obviously we have done some things wrong. Forget Casey Anthony and let her live. If she is guilty GOD will make her pay.

But since you did not as well see what happened, don't try and make believe you know, and call people that believe she is guilty jackasses. The jury if I may correct you said not guilty doesn't mean innocent. Makes no sense to me, but they wanted a cause of death, they wanted fingerprints of Casey's on the remains. But being thrown in a swamp for six months there wasn't anything left to get any evidence from. They only wanted to see evidence that would remove the burden from them. I watched the trial on the internet at night free of the talking heads, and my opinion is my own. It fit the homicide profile 100%. 1) not reporting the accident to 911. 2) Putting the body in a container and hiding it. 3) something found on the body that should have never been there, duct tape. Not to mention driving around for days with the body in the car. Car smelling like decomposition. C Dogs hitting on the trunk. Avoiding and lying to the people closest to Caylee for 31 days. Not reporting the child missing at any time; her mother was the one who reported her missing not her. Photographed in a hot body contest 3 days after the death of her child. Lying to police, leading them on wild goose chases to find a fictitious kidnapper. Interfering with the investigation and stalling efforts to find her child. Kept her mouth shut all the while knew where that body was, continued the nanny story until they actually found the body and now its a accident, my Aunt Fanny.

Everyone in the room knew she was guilty - but, you need enough evidence to prove such things. She is a murderer who got off. Hope she has fun trying to liver her life now. Her daughter sure didn't get that chance.
