Charlie Sheen fired, plans to sue for "bazillions"

(CBS/AP) NEW YORK - Charlie Sheen is reportedly planning to sue after being fired from "Two and a Half Men."

Reached by TMZ for comment, Sheen said:

"This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at whatshisc**k again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension."

Warner Bros. Television released the news in a statement Monday, saying, "After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen's services on 'Two and a Half Men' effective immediately."

The statement came two weeks after production was halted on the show and Sheen began a media blitz defending himself.

When production was halted, Sheen's lawyer fired off a letter to CBS and Warner Bros. Television, demanding that the actor be paid for the eight episodes remaining in the season. According to the letter released by RadarOnline.com, "Two and a Half Men" producer Chuck Lorre "disseminated outrageous insults and derogatory remarks" about the actor, and that Sheen simply responded to the "campaign of harrass[ment]."

Before that, the show had been on hiatus while Sheen sought treatment in rehab.

How ironic his character "art imitating life!" He could have been a well respected actor as his father is! Alcohol and drugs; he is a little too old to be partying that way!! His body is going to give out soon unless his heart does first!! It's going to be a long time before he will be able to be trusted in tinsel town again! He couldn't give rat's behind about his co-workers. Don't know if the show can do as well without Sheen though. Any good actor can play a womanizing drunk, however, Charlie was "playing" "real life" LOL!! TOO SAD!! Does he think he is being funny? We can laugh at what a fool he is and how stupid he looks and sounds because regardless of how much money he has HE IS LIKE ANYONE ELSE AND PEOPLE LIKE TO SEE PEOPLE FAIL!!

He is a circus act now but when the show is over and the tent taken down...where will all his followers be? It is too sad that he has chosen to ruin his career in such a way that he may not be able to recoup! Another Gary Busey! Sad!! Jeff Conway, John Belushi, River Phoenix, Heath Ledger......etc...............................

with a big time connected hollywood attorney, charlie can get big money in this lawsuit--maybe $15-$30 mil, giving him even more cash for partying, drugs and porn stars!!! Party on charlie.

Charlie does not have a case! He is only entitled to be paid for any work done, and get money for the reruns! any lawyer will tell you to keep your mouth shut! and keep a low profile! Breech of contract, can also go in favour of the Studio! If anything the cast and crew might be seeking legal remedys, as they are now out of work! The Studio could also sue for slander, and loss of income.Charlie might get EDI if he is not abusive to the claim agent.
