Snooki Polizzi's Boyfriend Jeff Miranda Claims He's Getting Death Threats, Says Report

NEW YORK (CBS) Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's new boyfriend claims he's been receiving death threats since he started dating the "Jersey Shore" star, according to a celebrity gossip site.

Jeff Miranda, a 24-year-old Iraq war veteran who lives in Millstone, N.J., says he's getting bombarded online.
"You should see my Facebook and e-mails," Miranda told RadarOnline.com in an interview. "Every day I get people sending me angry messages. I've had death threats on more than one occasion."
Miranda told People Magazine that he met Polizzi at a Jersey club in Seaside Heights and said it was "love at first sight."
Just after a few weeks of dating, Miranda appeared shirtless on the cover of "Steppin' Out" magazine, with a boldface headline asking Polizzi, "Will You Marry Me?"
Polizzi, 22, not only turned down Miranda's offer of marriage, but also said via Twitter that she's "single," according to CBS News' Celebrity Circuit.
"Jersey Shore," in its third season on MTV, chronicles the carryings-on of a group of hard-partying, 20-something Italian-Americans at a beach house on the Seaside Heights boardwalk.
