LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) A lawyer for actor Taylor Lautner says the "Twilight" heartthrob has settled a lawsuit with an RV dealership that he claims failed to deliver a $300,000 trailer in time for a movie shoot.

Lautner, 18, sued McMahon RV of Irvine, Calif. last week,  claiming it missed a June deadline to deliver the 2006 Affinity Country Coach, which he intended to use on the set of the movie "Abduction."

Attorney Robert Barta said Friday that the dealership will pay $40,000 to the actor, who in turn will donate the money to the Lollipop Theater Network.

According to its Web site, the Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization that brings current box-office movies to children who suffer from "chronic or life-threatening illnesses" in hospitals across the nation.

That's one small win for "team Jacob," one huge win for charity.
