Girl Throws Puppies in River in Video, 4chan Users on the Hunt

Video Shows Girl Throwing Live Puppies into the River (CBS)


NEW YORK (CBS) A disturbing display of animal cruelty has surfaced online: a video apparently showing a young woman or girl throwing live puppies into a river.

In the 43-second clip, a girl with blonde hair, wearing a red-hooded sweater is seen grabbing six puppies from a white bucket and hurling them into a river.

At one point, someone can clearly be heard saying "whee!" while she hurls a black-and-white puppy into the water.

It is unclear if the video is legitimate or potentially a hoax.

The video was posted on YouTube, but has been taken down; it has since sparked an angry online crusade to identify the woman.

"Find this dumb little b***h and throw her into a river," one person wrote on the notorious Internet message board 4chan.

"Let's work together on exposing this sicko!" another comment read.

According to the Daily Telegraph, some comments claim the girl is from the Central Bosnian town of Bugojno, which has a population of 50,000.

4chan users are believed to have previously outed the British woman who was caught on tape apparently grabbing a cat by the scruff of its neck and dropping it in a garbage can before closing the lid and hurrying away down the street. Death threats against the alleged cat trasher were posted on 4chan and other online forums after the woman's name and address were apparently leaked online. She has since been given police protection.

Like really? If it is the same person that threw those puppies in the river then why are we offering her "protection"??? She deserves to be put into jail for life so that all the people in there can torment her day in and day out!

I live in the US. When this video first came out I had nighmares for days. I spent the afternoon on the phone with different animal rights groups trying to find out who to talk to report this. I had even contacted the U.S. F.B.I. department of internet crimes and they sent me to the national animal control center based in DC. After all was said and done I finally found out they found that sick girl. I have read that if you are willing to torture animals you are at least 50% more likely to turn out to become a murderer.

spay-neuter is the worst form of animal MUTILATION along with cropping ears and docking!
It has numerous documented side effects these anti pet animal rights groups dont want you to know, such as increased prostate cancers in neutered males, urinary incontinence in females, approaching 50% in the boxer breed, and large dogs are most affected.
Lack of normal bone growth in males, including chest expansion needed for heart and lungs, shrunken juvenile ***** and sheath which can cause balanitis and other problems, narrow fronts from lack of bone growth resulting in a toed out stance. Aggression in some females can be INCREASED by spaying as the estrogen is removed, allowing a small amount of testosterone to replace it, and YES, females DO produce a very small amount of testosterone.
Dog bites are on the INCREASE, especially on kids, and since MOST dogs are spayed and neutered, that too shows the study is right- increased aggression due to messing with the dog's normal homones.
If you want birth control, learn how to manage your dog better, or get a vasectomy or tubal ligation.

The parents and child should be fined heavily and serve a prison sentence. THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE! This makes me that their are people out their that are so ignorant that they do not spay or neuture their pets.

DON'T KILL YOUR ANIMALS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WERE HERE FIRST.

I do agree with alot you said
but i am Serbian and its not true that animal cruelty is common in that part of Europe. Just because one person does it, doesnt mean the whole country agrees with it.
Also , this is very sick and disgusting. I dont know how she could do this to those poor puppies.

The parents would be the issue...as she was 12 or 13 years old, there is a very good chance her parents told her to get rid of them. As a child i heard about children telling me their parents told them to throw the kittens into the fire. Or they told me their mother drowned the kittens in the bath. I was shocked to hear it them as now. To Desex an animal to me, is the best way.

Everyone who's comparing this to animal pounds and slaughter houses really should just ****, this isn't comparable to those in any shape, way or form! This is a slow and cold death and EXTREMELY inhumane... all these animal activists once again going crazy and saying this is just as bad as the pounds, need to see the phycologist this girl is about to see in a few days or so. This is not about animal pounds or slaughter houses ITS ABOUT A GIRL KILLING INNOCENT ANIMALS, get that through you thick skulls and then maybe we'll talk.

Animals there are cared with very little food, in crowded unhygienic conditions..and son on. They have to suffer this for weeks, only to die at the end. That's not "EXTREMELY" inhumane? The puppies only suffer from hypoxia for several minutes before they fall unconscious, and then they are dead in 10 minutes tops. Puppies in inhumane pounds? Weeks of suffering before they are euthanized. It's not "just as bad", It's worse.

Most, if not all, animals are innocent. And maybe even the few who were raised by crazy owners, because then it is the owner's fault.

Also, I hate that idiom "thick skulls". We have thicker skulls than birds.. does that mean we are stupider?

Also, I am not an animal activist. I'm just thinking logically.

I know there is a lot of hipocrisy in all of this... Bilions of animals are killed every day... Meat industry is developed in evey country in the world... A lot of people wear other animal's skin or fur.If you think about it a little bit closely- isn't it disguisting to wear somebody's body on you, just like a status simbol? Chicken industry- ripping their little beaks while they're alive and grinding alive male chickens cause they can't produce eggs? There are hundreds of wars on in the world and people are wondering why there is that amount of noise about "couple of puppies"...but I think the truth is-it's really but really scary to see that kind of lack of emotions and coldbloodness in one child? Every kid I know loves puppies and bothers their parent to get them one...and this child is really really messed up. And the sickest part is TAPING IT and postiing on internet? I think somebody like this, capable of taking lives this easy is able to kill a human as easy... It scares the crap out of me...

Many of them take pictures of their kill and post it online. So are they capable of killing a human? "Every kid I know loves puppies and bothers their parent to get them one..." You know there are different types of societies in this world? Not just the American society... there are tribes in the middle of the Amazon who eat each other, there are those who are more civilized but kill dogs, horses, monkeys.. whatever except humans, because that is their custom. The only difference is "TAPING IT"? Well, everything in the world seems to be taped and posted online these days.. why is that surprising?

Yes, Mexico is where it was said that video was made. yeha, paid a small fine, big deal, they chalked that up as cost to train their sick pitbull. All four of those teens in that Mexican video should be executed, cause if they'd do what they did to that dog, they will be in the news in short order for driveby shootings, gang murders or worse, kill em now and let that Santa Claus in hte sky sort them out.

You guys go nuts over a girl throwing puppies into the water but not over those inhumane pounds where they gas not just puppies but cats and crap like at least every month? What the hell is wrong with you guys. You don't see the big picture and are so ignorant that you have to say "oh god that was sick, I'm going to throw up" Like no one else in the world has the power to say that? Like 99% of the people who read this are probably like that and you don't have to repeat the same crap because it doesn't matter. You guys are so upheld on conformity and being agreed with that you don't care to see any other side but what is comfortable to you. There are people who murder PEOPLE and it happens so often that we've started to take it for granted. Now you see someone murdering puppies, puppies who some of you guys would never adopt (cus they're not the "breed you want"), or maybe your even allergic to them.. Why not just go full-on and try to pass a law that says animals have the same rights as humans and the same consequences for killing one? There is no difference by the way between a puppy and a rat besides the fact that puppies are more "cuddly and cuter".

bullchit, rats carry all kinds of nasty diseases, including the plague and have caused the deaths of tens of thousands. They thrive in FILTH and rot, they are disgusting vermin and right up there with mosquitos, roaches, termites, mice and scorpions.
There's a reason they sell rait bait and mouse traps in the supermarkets and stores- to get rid of these pests and vermin in your house.
Those above are not COMPANION PETS!
