UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS/KYW) A Pennsylvania woman claims she got groped by Donald Duck -- well, whoever was wearing the costume that day -- and she's suing Disney for over $50,000 in damages, for the "permanent" injuries she suffered.

For April Magolon, Disney World was far from the most magical place on earth back in May 2008,  when she says a Disney employee in a duck suit grabbed her breast and molested her.

It happened, says the 27-year old woman from Upper Darby, Pa., while she was vacationing with her family at Epcot Park.  She told authorities the sailor-clad character touched her when she approached for an autograph, reports CBS affiliate KYW. Magolon was reportedly holding her child at the time.

She claims the harassment brought on post-traumatic stress disorder and that she now suffers from "severe physical injury," a "shock to her entire nervous system," "muscle contraction headaches," "acute anxiety," "nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks, digestive problems" and other conditions that are "permanent in nature," reports Philly.com.

Mogolon's lawsuit seeks monetary damages for negligence, infliction of emotional distress and battery.

The website spoke with Disney representative Bryan Malenius, who stated, "We've not seen the plaintiff's complaint and we will respond appropriately in court."

What the duck?

An idiot looking to get some money. An easier way would be to get a job.

My daughter is a former cast member (character performer)of Disney, I wonder if this lady knows that characters are cast by height and more than 99% of all Donald's are girls. So I guess it was a 5ft. girl that groped her. I DON'T THINK SO !!!!!

Having been a character performer in the past, I can tell you that your visibility when in costumer is for the most part EXTREMELY limited, so often you may be reaching out for someones hand or to put your arm around their shoulder, and brush them in the wrong place... their face, on their arm, who knows. Let her wear one of those costumes around for a while and maybe she will change her attitude!

Post Traumatic Stress? Seriously??? Does anyone know what this really means? It's not something that happens in this manner. PTSD is a very serious, very SPECIFIC emotional disorder. In order for this woman to experience PTSD from this occurance, she would have to be predisposed to the conditions. If she were suing a Disney character who has limited visibility to begin with, she would have had to been humiliated publically in such an extreme manner that there would be several witnesses to the event. This story is pure trash. For an attorney to even entertain the case is criminal in itself. Whatever happened to the laws pertaining to torts and frivilous lawsuits?
