PLEASANTON, Calif. (CBS/KPIX/AP) Christine Hubbs remains in jail on $4.3 million bail pending a hearing next week where she is expected to answer to the 67 sexual assault charges for allegedly having a long-term sexual relationship with two teenage boys, but Crimesider has uncovered exclusive photos of the mother of three with her family during better times.

The 42-year-old woman was arraigned on felony charges of unlawful sex, but delayed entering a plea while her defense lawyer reviews the evidence against her.

The suburban mother was arrested on August 5 following an investigation that began July 27 when the mother of one of the alleged victims said she found a nude photo of Hubbs on her son's cell phone, said Livermore police Lt. Matt Sarsfield.

According to a police affidavit, Hubbs made sexual advances on one of the boys when he was 14 and dating her daughter.

Police say that relationship lasted from December 2008 to January of this year.

Investigators say they interviewed another boy who said he was also having sex with Hubbs. That boy, who is now 14 years old, told police he had a sexual relationship with Hubbs from December 2009 through July.

"The sex occurred in the county of Alameda, throughout different locations, hotels, including her vehicle," Sarsfield said.

Hubbs gave gifts and money to the two boys while maintaining the alleged relationships, Sarsfield said.

He described the two teens as "very scared" during the course of the investigation. Their names have not been released.

Hubbs' husband attended Monday's court hearing, as did stunned friends of the couple.

In a separate misdemeanor charge police say Hubbs recently bought pellet and water guns for several boys, ranging in age from 9 to 14, and allegedly drove them around Livermore - at speeds up to 80 mph - while the boys shot bystanders from the windows, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

If they had wanted to they could have reported it to the police after the FIRST time they slept with her. They knew exactly what they were doing. Free Sex And gifts and money. They are just as guilty as she is. If they had been sleeping with one of their classmates or if she were 12 insted of 42 The boys would be the rapists and the perverts. wow is all I can say lucky boys yes she is hot and I think she should pick on people her own age but damn look at her lucky boys.They knew what they were getting into

She looks like an older woman trying(but not succeeding)to look younger than she really is. Her daughter's ex boyfriend was one of her victims. She let her 13 year old date? Nice. I guess I don't understand when stuff like this happens we cheer people for this behavior. They knew what they were doing but they are minors and don't know how to make adult decisions and she used that in her favor.

This woman is sick.These boys are just children.She needs a sharp whole in the head.If this were a man everyone would want his nuts cut off so why should she be different?
As a mother of boys and one about this age I would personally kill her if it were my son she came after,she would pray for the police to save her.
She is a pervert and a rapist pure and simple.
She is also my age and I cannot for the life of me figure out why she would want little boys like that.It makes my stomach turn to think about what she did to these poor kids.Some may laugh because they are "BOYS" but it is just little kids and that is a pedophile pure and simple.Send her to prison for life!

The, 'let's wait for the facts' is for the legal process, not public opinion (be that right or wrong).

This involved teenagers who are far more aware of their surroundings and require a much more direct approach to get their participation than the kindergartners of the Tonya Craft case.

Sounds like the Tonya Craft case in which she was exonerated, The sleazy prosecutors lie and make up stories to feed to the media, then we learn later none of it is true

There have been plenty of other cases of female pedophiles praying on children and teenagers to warrant this story and the opinions posted on this site.
