According to the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, the pint-sized diva initially refused the arrest attempt.

Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd says Polizzi was arrested at around 3:25 p.m. Friday and charged with disorderly conduct after other beachgoers reported she was bothering them.

A police source told People Magazine that the reality star was seen intoxicated in public.

"She didn't hurt anyone or get in a fight," the source said. "She just needs to be in a drunk tank for two hours."

According to the report, the cameras for "Jersey Shore" were rolling when she was arrested. The show is currently filming its third season.

Polizzi was processed at police headquarters and released on a summons.

Anyone who watches this show to give these clowns high ratings is just as pathetic as the cast.

This and these types of shows are the "TRUE" downfall of western civilisation. Idiots that sit and watch these morons live their "idiotic" party life need to get a life. Get off your collective arses and get involved in your communities and cities to work together making this a better country instead of watching small minded people make fools of themselves. Throw this twit in jail for a while and give her a dose of "reality".
