Matthew Clemmens, Vomiting Phillies Fan, Will do Time for Nauseating Crime

Matthew Clemmens, of Cherry Hill, N.J., pleaded guilty in May to charges of assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Clemmens admitted he stuck his fingers down his throat and vomited on Michael Vangelo, an off-duty Easton, Pa. police captain, and Vangelo's daughter, after they began arguing at the Phillies-Washington Nationals game on April 14 at Citizens Bank Park.
The maximum penalty for the offense was two years in jail. A Family Court judge on Friday sentenced Clemmens to one to three months in jail, two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Crimesider had offered to buy Clemmens a satellite dish to keep him away from the ballpark, but we have since reconsidered.
