PORTLAND, Ore. (CBS/KOIN) Lawyers for Terri and Kaine Horman met Tuesday to discuss the restraining order issued against Terri that asked her to stay away from Kaine and move out of the couple's home.

Terri has allegedly agreed to this stipulation, but is requesting money from her estranged husband in order to move out.

"[Kaine] would like some cooperation from her first. He would like to know where his son is and if he's safe or not," Kaine's divorce attorney Laura Rackner told CBS affiliate KOIN.

In addition to the restraining order, attorneys for both parties discussed possible dates for a contempt of court hearing against Terri.

On Monday, Kaine and his legal team filed a contempt of court petition with the Multnomah County courts after learning that Terri allegedly allowed people to see sealed court documents, reports KOIN.

According to the petition, Terri is accused of letting Michael Cook, a former classmate of Kaine, to take cell phone pictures of the sealed restraining order, specifically the part revealing Kaine's new address where he was living with his 18-month-old daughter.

The contempt of court petition also accuses Terri of engaging in a sexual relationship with a Cook, a man Kaine believes she did not meet until after his son Kyron disappeared June 4.

Although Terri Horman has not yet been named a person of interest or a suspect in the disappearance of her stepson, there have been many accusations made against her throughout the investigation because she was the last person to see Kyron alive before he vanished after attending a school science fair last month.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kyron Horman is asked to call the Multnomah County Sheriff's tip line at 503-261-2847.

The woman should be allowed anything. Everyone knows she is behind this in one form or another.

There are too many unanswered questions in this case. Kaine said Terri used the truck on 6/4 to pick up Kyron's project. When was it taken to school? Since she didn't bring it home that morning, why didn't Kaine and Terri pick him up at the end of the day or did they expect a 7 year old to carry it on the bus? A picture of Kurtis was taken with his red eyed tree frog project. Who took that picture and when? There is a man in both pictures of Kyron's project. When were they at the school? What time was the talent show? Is it possible that Terri went to the school by herself and set up the project? In the armless photo of Kyron, why is there a shadow under his sleeve and above his shoulder? If Kyron's backpack was in class, why didn't his teacher check on him? Unless someone comes forward and says they actually spoke to Kyron that morning, not just thought they saw him, I'll believe that he never made it to the school that day. Did he knock the baby down or hurt her and SM go crazy? They need to bring the dogs back in and check the yard and any woods close by the house. What did the landscaper do on the property?

The police have been quiet for a reason. Many of our questions have probably already been answered by them, however, they need to keep answers close to their vests. I am waiting to find our who Michael Cook really is, and when he and Terri really became friends. I would also like to know if the police contacted the man on NG who said he and three other people with highly trained scent dogs got identical death hits on the island where Terri's cell pings came from. And, if police did contact him, what was the follow-up. I would also like to know what if anything were the results of the video given to the police by nearby stores. (I don't suspect bio parents..but) would like to know why bio mom said Terri was suppose to bring Kyron to her house that afternoon, and why bio dad said he had plans with Kyron that evening. I would like to know why, if Kyron's back pack was on his desk at school that morning, the teacher didn't report kyron missing earlier. I would like to know why, if bio dad and Terri were both at home that day, they didn't they go to Kyron's scheduled talent contest? So many other questions, probably long known by the police, but we will just have to wait for. Biggest question of course on all our minds.. where is adorable little Kyron, and can he still be alive?

Zees ees unbelievable American bullsheet. I cannot understand how zees body builder woman man/face person is sending sextexts to a man after her stepson go missing. Holy squashbuckle posies. Here is what I fink happened. First Terri took Kyron to school and told him to stand in front of his project and say "cheesebuckles". Then Kyron go play hide and go seek for a month. Zees situation make no sense to me.

I'm in NJ and have been riveted by this story. She really is a dirtbag.
How can anyone doubt that? I am astonished that she hasn't been forced to talk!

You are right CBS news is very biased, The headline TH wanting money to comply with restraining order is a deliberate attempt by CBS news to mislead viewers into agreeing with their opinion. Just think of how many other stories CBS has slanted in order to manipulate the people who view their news casts. When you watch CBS new you are not getting the truth, you are getting CBS's version of the truth. Watch OBP for a more realistic news cast. Also employ some critical thing when you hear something on CBS news check out some of the facts. A lot of dictators have used this kind information slanting (to get control of large groups of the public.

I like how all these people that say what a psycho the Stepmother is comes up with these crazy comments-some people sound a little crazy to me

I will defend her- she may have done it, I don't know, however I am not all for the tar and feathering of her just yet.. I haven't seen anything to show that this woman has done anything and until then I think the lynch mob is a little crazy- there is no proof at all that she hired someone to kill her husband otherwise she would have been arrested, she wasn't having an affair because when she was texting this guy her husband had already filed for divorce, she didn't attempt to kidnap her daughter because she was not served with the restraining order at that point- while everybody is pointing fingers at this woman, who took care of this little boy, fed him, took him to school, she is the only parent that went to that science fair with him-he has a mother, a father, a stepmom, and a stepfather.. only the stepmother went-that is sad.. now she may have done something with him, however right now there is no proof that she did anything and the finger pointing is only taking away from the reality of the situation and that is where is KYRON! With the parents going on television saying Terri did it, Terri did it... if by chance it was a stranger abduction which is still possible.. no one is looking for him.. the parents, investigators, everyone is only looking in one direction and there is a chance they will never find Kyron doing that... I think people need to leave the torches in the drawer and concentrate on finding that little boy... the only story that should be on is WHERE IS KYRON

I totally agree with you. Until TH is charged with and convicted of a crime she has all the rights of any American citizen.

1. There is no proof she hired someone to kill her Husband
2. Before the restraining order she was within her legal rights to pick up her child at the gym daycare.
3. Since her husband left her I don't see her involvement with another man as an affair.
4. If Kaine is asking her to move out, since she is still his wife he needs to support her financially.

If she is not ever charged with any crime he will have to pay her alimony and grant her visiting rights to their daughter. if TH does not actually get custody.

I think Kaine is kinda of a jerk, with all of his knee jerk reactions and his apparent love of the spotlight. His daily news tirade against TH isn't doing anyone any good.

And Why didn't t Desiree have custody of Kyron. I think a lot of her anger is fueled by guilt, because she did not want her son living with her. Yes she had a Kidney transplant when he was an infant, but that was 7 years ago. She even lived a good 6 hours away from him.

Right. Why don't you ask Terri to take your children to school?
