PORTLAND, Ore. (CBS/KOIN) Lawyers for Terri and Kaine Horman met Tuesday to discuss the restraining order issued against Terri that asked her to stay away from Kaine and move out of the couple's home.

Terri has allegedly agreed to this stipulation, but is requesting money from her estranged husband in order to move out.
"[Kaine] would like some cooperation from her first. He would like to know where his son is and if he's safe or not," Kaine's divorce attorney Laura Rackner told CBS affiliate KOIN.
In addition to the restraining order, attorneys for both parties discussed possible dates for a contempt of court hearing against Terri.
On Monday, Kaine and his legal team filed a contempt of court petition with the Multnomah County courts after learning that Terri allegedly allowed people to see sealed court documents, reports KOIN.
According to the petition, Terri is accused of letting Michael Cook, a former classmate of Kaine, to take cell phone pictures of the sealed restraining order, specifically the part revealing Kaine's new address where he was living with his 18-month-old daughter.
The contempt of court petition also accuses Terri of engaging in a sexual relationship with a Cook, a man Kaine believes she did not meet until after his son Kyron disappeared June 4.
Although Terri Horman has not yet been named a person of interest or a suspect in the disappearance of her stepson, there have been many accusations made against her throughout the investigation because she was the last person to see Kyron alive before he vanished after attending a school science fair last month.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kyron Horman is asked to call the Multnomah County Sheriff's tip line at 503-261-2847.
