NEW YORK (CBS) Action film star Steven Seagal is being sued for sexual harassment and human trafficking by former model Kayden Nguyen who claims he treated her as a "sex toy."

According to court documents obtained by CBS News, the 23-year-old was hired by Seagal in Feb. 2010 as an executive assistant at his production company. But she says on the first day on the job, she learned that she was actually signed up to replace one of the two Russian female "attendants" on staff as Seagal's sexual servants, available for his sexual needs 24/7.

Nguyen claims in her lawsuit that on three  occasions Seagal "sexually assaulted" her with forced contact or groping.

The 58-year-old actor, best known for his martial-arts moves in films such as "Under Siege" and "Exit Wounds," responded to the lawsuit through his lawyer.

"The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics," Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer said to TMZ.

Seagal is being sued for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.

Nguyen claims she was kept against her will for six days at a secluded Louisiana home where Seagal and his family were allegedly staying. When she finally escaped, she claims Seagal chased after her with a "flashlight with a gun attached to it."

Nguyen's lawyer, William Waldo, told CBS News' Crimesider that Nguyen did not call police because she believed they would listen only to Seagal.

"Mr. Seagal is the police," he said. "She is in a remote area of Jefferson Parish. It is in the middle of nowhere and he is the police."

In addition to his film career, Seagal is a commissioned deputy in the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's department. His cable show, "Steve Seagal Lawman," follows his adventures.

Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer, did not respond to a request for comment at press time.

Well well well, whatever you guys said about Kayden Nguyen, I don't care if she still employed while suing, that's her choice to see what's going on with this guy, and to get more evidences to sue this bad dog. She's doing the right thing. That's what you guys should do if you're her. Stupid comments. Stupid Steven Seagal, what your mama said? Don't be bad! or she kick you ass...hole!

First of all you can't believe more than half of what you read about the stars or for that matter anyone else on here. So who knows if this is true about Mr. Seagal and this lady. If it goes to the courts then and only then will i believe it. Sounds like the crap we hear everyday whether itbe someone famous or someone in your town. No one is perfect and if it does come out to be true well who knows the next thing you'll hear is that he's in sex theraphy like all the other stars lol.

OK, maybe she isn't a "gold digger." Maybe she just wants to put this all behind her and recover from the experience. Someone cite a psychiatric hypothesis that says money is always a cure for trauma.

Whether she knew of his past history doesn't matter, that's what the courts are for. My point is all these geniuses who know nothing about the man himself but seem to be so quick to judge the woman. I used to love Seagal until I learned a little something about him. Yeah he's a bad as* but he's also scum. There was a nice piece about him a few years ago on the biography channel. He said he didn't want to make violent movies anymore because it was against his beliefs. Guess his beliefs have changed. Divorced LeBrock because she wasn't compliant enough to his wishes. If you bunch of meatheads want to continue to worship your boyhood idol that's fine, just know he isn't what he portrays himself to be.
