MIAMI (CBS/AP/WFOR-TV) Dorell Wright, a forward for the Miami Heat, says he is "embarrassed" that explicit photos of himself have been posted on the Internet.

The photos were taken in a private video chat about a year ago, and appeared on websites and several Twitter posts.

Through the team, Wright issued an apology Monday, saying the matter "is something I truly regret."

The Heat had no comment on the incident.

Wright hasn't had a very good month. He was arrested earlier in March on charges of driving under the influence with a suspended license.

The Heat suspended him for two games after that arrest for conduct detrimental to the team.

Wright is averaging 6.4 points in 64 games this season for Miami.

According to CBS Affiliate WFOR, he's also the third NBA player in as many weeks who has had nude pictures surface on the Internet. Portland Trailblazer center Greg Oden and San Antonio Spurs player George Hill also have had nude pictures show up online.

Jeez, Louise, are we that prudish that a couple of nude shots of people put people's panties in a bunch. Get over it for goodness sake. It's like the people who had to look at the flash of Janet Jackson's breast 100 times before they could realize they didn't like it and were disgusted by it/them. Grow up people!
