Babysitter Tricked 8-Year-Old into Posing Nude

TUCSON, Ariz. (CBS/AP) A man guilty of producing child pornography faces 15 years in prison after manipulating a child into posing naked for him.

Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher A. Flynt entered a guilty plea Thursday after he coerced an 8-year-old boy he was babysitting, into letting Flynt take nude photographs of him.

Court documents show Flynt was indicted in February 2009 on four federal child pornography counts, including producing porn, which comes with a minimum 15-year sentence.

In October 2008, Flynt's house was raided by federal agents, who found numerous images of child porn on his computer.

The images were produced by Flynt. He faces sentencing on June 25.

While this would be a shocking and disturbing story if it were true, almost all of the facts stated in this article are wrong..! There was a guilty plea entered, but no wrongdoing was admitted to. The eight year old was not "coerced", and there were no "nude photographs". The one and only photograph in question was of an eight year old, on his own, merely "mooning" this young man and it had been deleted from his computer years ago..! This is yet another case of a prosecutor who will do whatever she has to do to make herself look good and doesn't mind how many lives she has to destroy to get a head! In doing this she betrays the public trust, dishonors her office and shames herself..! Check the transcripts of the hearing? It would be nice if the facts were verified, before they were printed?.!

He admitted guilt.....pornography was found on his computer, whicn one of the images he actually created. Are you a sicko just like him? I hope you dont "babysit" or work with kids in any way.

by jow722 March 26, 2010 12:19 PM EDT: I am wondering as to why the parents would allow a man like that to even babysit for them? Even if you don't know a person's past you thourouly get to know a person before you leave your child with them.
