Police responded to a call Tuesday about an incident involving several men and a parking valet.

The arrest affidavit says the valet alleged that Anderson threatened him with a gun, after having car problems and blaming the valet. The affidavit says police found a loaded gun in nearby shrubs with a round in the chamber.

If convicted, Anderson could be sentenced to up to a year in jail and fined up to $4,000. He was freed on bond a few hours after his arrest.

According to the Dallas News, police confiscated two weapons and impounded Deon Anderson's car for further investigation.

Anderson's 25-year-old brother, Devon, was also arrested, on a charge of public intoxication.
