Some of the most powerful people in Washington will be present for President Obama's State of the Union address tonight -- not all of them, though.

For high profile events like the State of the Union, one cabinet member typically remains at an undisclosed location in the event of a disaster. For tonight's address, that cabinet member is Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will also miss tonight's address. She is currently in London for global meetings on Yemen and Afghanistan.
