Palin will also campaign for Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) and Texas Gov. Rick Perry, the former Alaska governor wrote on her Facebook page.
McCain announced today that his former running mate would join him in Phoenix for a campaign event on March 26, marking the first time they will hit the campaign trail together since 2008.
"I'm looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail with my former running mate, and I know my fellow Arizonans will welcome her, as well," McCain said in a statement. "Sarah energized our nation and remains a leading voice in the Republican Party."
Since the 2008 election, Palin and former McCain campaign staffers have butted heads, but McCain has insisted he remains proud to have had her as a running mate.
Palin will join Bachmann on the campaign trail on April 7, Bachmann announced.
"There is absolutely no one more in tune with the hearts and minds of everyday Americans than Governor Palin, and I'm excited to welcome her back to our beautiful state this spring," she said in a statement.
Perry will host Palin at a Houston-area event on Feb. 7.
Palin framed the news of her campaign appearances within the context of Republican Scott Brown's victory in the Massachusetts Senate special election.
The election was "a clear indication of things to come and a demonstration of the momentum we all share in the fight for the values and policies that will get our country back to work," Palin wrote. "The commonsense conservative principles of liberty and fiscal responsibility are on the rise, and that's why I'm going out and campaigning as hard as I can to make a difference."
