"Absolutely," Ryan said, responding to a woman who said she was concerned after watching GOP presidential nominee John McCain debate Obama in 2008. "One little difference between then and now, President Obama has a record and President Obama has a record and a string of broken promises."
Ryan said that the Republican ticket owes the electorate alternatives to the policies of the last four years. Recent polls have shown Romney trailing Obama is several key swing states, sparking criticism that the campaign has not offered sufficient details of its alternative vision.
"We are not simply asking you to fire Barack Obama because he's not worth re-hiring," Ryan said. "We're asking you to fire Barack Obama because we are worth hiring because we have better ideas."

The only problem with the statement above is - They, Romit & Ry-on, cannot or will not explain what those "better ideas" are.... I've got a "better idea" - why not explain, in detail, what they plan to do if elected?
Perhaps in their minds they are "better ideas", but without detail who's to say they are "better ideas" for the country??
Have you ever heard of a Catholic that was in favor of the Constitutional proper decision of Roe v Wade?
Have you ever heard of a Catholic that stated the Constitution is the law of the US, and they believe in it?
Have you ever heard of an illegal alien that was not Catholic? They are either Catholic or dead!
Have you ever heard of a Catholic in congress that voted to close the borders?
Have you found any nation south of the US border that allowed gun ownership?
Have you ever heard of a successful Catholic nation? Think PIIGS, France and everything south of the US. (there are none)
If you want the borders secure, or for any woman to have rights, are you going to vote for any Catholic?
Any outrage over the sale of arms to Ayatollah Khomeni?
Are you satisfied with Hoover's economic record?
Romney is in bed with the Catholics. What is the difference between Muslim and Catholic? Both oppress other folks. Both are parasites. Both have dogma instead of brains. Neither can learn. And we have Catholic running our congress. It is total Insanity to have elected officials running our government with goals supporting a foreign government. There is also no compromise possible with the Vatican. Exactly the same rules apply. The Vatican is a foreign hostile government to the US. Catholics pledge to the pope, not the Constitution. These are traitors. Vote all the Catholic out and restore the Constitution.
I find it sad that liberals are so intent on falling in step that they make the Germans of World War two look like rebels. To bad when its all over and the well drys up that you will all be wondering what happened because you let Obama fool you twice.
Look at the issues. The middle class is worse off, the middle east is falling apart, and you guys talk like its all Romneys fault. I don't care who the candidate is if you vote for Obama you'll get more taxes on the middle class (he's already added fifteen hundred dollars to those with Obama care), more debt to pass to your children, your parents will lose social security simple because the money will run out. But man is he cool!
So if he gets elected and drops the ball again, and again and again, and you all find yourselves out of work and out in the cold reality of 20 trillion dollars of debt remember it was your fault because you elected a man who has already ready broken enough promises to set records, lies like its second nature and spends our money like there is no tomorrow.
Isn't it newsworthy?
Aren't they "reporters"?
I have a question. Is there a successful Catholic nation in the world? Please name one. Do not vote for failure, R or D.
