Romney raises $101 million in July; outraises Obama for third straight month
Updated 9:45 a.m. ET
(CBS News) Mitt Romney's campaign and a joint fundraising committee with the Republican National Committee raised a combined $101.3 million during July, the Romney campaign announced Monday. This is the second consecutive month that Romney has raised more than $100 million in a month, having first broken his own monthly fundraising record in June by bringing in $106 million.
And, for the third month in a row, the Obama campaign was outraised by his Republican rival. The Obama campaign brought in $75 million last month, the campaign announced via Twitter.
Reporting back on last month's fundraising numbers: In July, 761,000 people donated to raise over $75 million for this campaign. Thank you.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus responded to the Romney camp's robust fundraising saying, "Americans are clearly looking for a change in the White House."
"Mitt Romney has a plan that will create jobs, grow the economy, and build a stronger middle class - that is why he is seeing such strong support," said Priebus in his written statement.
Romney has had to play catch-up to Barack Obama, who had the luxury of being able to raise and spend directly against Romney while his Republican rival spent the better part of a year running for his party's nomination and spending against his intraparty opponents. But since he became the presumptive nominee in April, Romney has been able to work with the RNC and they have been on a fundraising tear.

...or maybe I'll make it $1,000.00
Anything I can do ,as a small businessman, to stop the economy destroying disaster currently residing in the White House.
a national debt that reached 11.9 trillion before his first fiscal budget was even proposed,
an Unemployment rate that had skyrocketed from 4.9% earlier in 2008 to 7.3% by the end of 2008 (resulting in drastically reduced income taxes from those laid off workers),
continued expenses for two wars,
more lost revenue from multiple tax cuts,
the fact that outsourced jobs meant a prolonged unemployment rate.
A republican party that swore to never raise revenue (taxes) and to do everything in their power to make him a one-term president, even to the extent of forcing a reduction in America's credit rating.
Except for the fact that we would almost certainly be in a second great depression now, I would rather that McCain had won in 2008. At least republicans would now be having to accept responsibility for the Bush/Cheney fiasco, rather than constantly blaming it on President Obama.
Over $1.5 trillion in interest on the existing debt.
And his policies have kept it there.
Instead of unleashing the private sector like Reagan did in 1980..which had the economy roaring back by this time in Reagan's first term..Obama has chosen to wage rhetorical and regulatory war on the private sector.
Unemployment over 8% for 42 consecutive months.
8.1% unemployment two months ago.
8.2% unemployment one month ago.
8.3% unemployment now.
Why would any sane person want 4 more years of such failure?

rectification, they are the rich who wants this change, because if Mitt Romney arrives at the White House, it is precisely thanks to these wealthy donors, this explain the abundance of gifts for the republican party.
"au revoir"
And its legal!
